What we do

One 3D model. Four ways to use it.

We build your product once in 3D. The animation video, the catalog renders, the configurator and the interactive showroom are all built from that one model.

Line 1Product animation

Animation videos

Product animations, fly-throughs, reconfigurations and install sequences. For a new product launch, for NeoCon, for the dealer network.

Quoted per project
Line 2Product render

Still renderings

Every finish and every typical, on white background or with environment. Delivered in QHD (2560 x 1440, also called 2K), enough for a Letter-size print at 300 DPI, for print and web, in time for the catalog.

Configurators

Your typicals and your finishes in one tool. A dealer configures it without calling your customer service team.

Still renderings, on white background or with environment.

Catalog and lifestyle visuals for workspace, education and healthcare. Same 3D model as the animation, different output: still renderings in QHD (2560 x 1440, also called 2K), enough for a Letter-size print at 300 DPI, for print and web.

Configurators

Every typical, every finish, in one tool.

This one is live: change the finish and watch it update. On your project it runs on your typicals and your finishes, so a dealer can configure without calling you.

This preview blocks the embedded configurator. It runs fine on its own page.

Send your files

A CAD drawing, engineering drawings, 3D files, a finish sample, or a phone photo of the prototype. Whatever you have. If something is missing we tell you on the first call, not three days in.

Re: Rendering request, private office typical

From the clientSenior Designer, commercial furniture dealer

Hi,

Hope the day is going well! We need one more rendering done. Please see the CAD attached: it is the private office typical, elevation and plan.

Can you render it the same as the last office? Same accessories and lighting.

Is there any chance we could get this back today? Please let me know if you have any questions at all, thanks.

Hi,

Sure thing, we will start working on this typical right away and send the preview before the end of the day.

The drawings you send

As part of our workflow we use a preview system that allows you to make unlimited changes until you are completely satisfied with the final result, at no extra cost.

Three things, and we can start. If something is missing we tell you on the first call, not three days in.

  1. The CAD (.dwg) files, or any engineering file of your product

We prefer DWG or CAD drawings. SolidWorks, shop drawings and 3D files also work. If all you have is a phone photo of the prototype, send that, and we will tell you what else we need.

  2. The finishes that should be applied

Laminate, textile, wood, powder coat. Physical samples or the finish codes, whichever you have on hand.

  3. A brief, or the main idea you want to show

For an animation video, what it should show: how it folds, how it installs, how a floor fills. For still renderings, whether you need white background or with environment.

What clients write back

Five lines, straight out of the inbox.

Your animation is first class.
I sent it last minute and the following morning I had it in my email.
Thanks for working with us, and for the wonderful customer service.
The latest revision is looking great and was well received by our team.
Thanks for all your good work.

One still rendering on us

Send one product. Get one still rendering back, on us.

A catalog is not bought from a portfolio. Pick one SKU from your line, look at the file, then decide.

  • Send what you have: a product page link, a spec sheet or a phone photo of the prototype. CAD helps, but it is not required.
  • One still rendering, one view, one finish, Full HD, on white background or with environment. One per company.
  • You choose the product, and no call is needed to claim it. If the product is complex, we suggest which one to do first.

Claim your still rendering

Tell us which product. We reply within two hours on business days.

A product link or a file link, one of the two is enough.

No link? Email the file to queries@vanishingpoint3d.com and mention your company name.

One per company.

Need a PO to accept work? The first view is on us, credited against your first order.

That did not go through. Write to us at queries@vanishingpoint3d.com

Before you ask

The questions manufacturers actually ask

What files do you need from me?

Whatever you have: 3D files, a CAD drawing, engineering drawings, spec sheets or finish samples. If something is missing we tell you on the first call, not three days in.

How many changes are included?

All of them. We work with a preview system that lets you make unlimited changes until you are completely satisfied with the final result, at no extra cost.

What if I do not like the result?

You see a preview before the bulk of the work happens. If the direction is wrong we change it then, not at the end.

Can you match our finishes exactly?

Send whatever defines each finish: the finish codes, a Pantone or color reference, a finish sample, or flat photos of the material with its dimensions so the scale comes out right. You see the finishes in the first preview. If a color reads off, for example lighter than your Pantone reference, we adjust it and resend until you approve it. Changes are unlimited and at no extra cost.

Who owns the final files?

Once you approve the previews, we process the final still renderings and send them to you as attachments or through a download link. They are delivered in QHD (2560 x 1440, also called 2K), enough for a Letter-size print at 300 DPI, in the formats your catalog and your architect package need. If you have questions about how the files can be used, ask us before the project starts.

How and when do I pay?

You get the quote and the turnaround time before any work starts. Still renderings are priced per view and animation videos by the second, with text, logos, music and voice-over included, and changes are never charged. Our accounting team sends the invoice once the work is delivered, and clients in the US pay by ACH bank transfer. If you need another payment method, ask us.
